Creating an Innovation-Capable Organization
It’s all too easy for organizations to get comfortable in the beliefs that spur their strategies and actions—but what if things have changed and your leadership’s perceptions no longer match the new reality? The world constantly changes and there’s only one way to stay on top: integrate strategic innovation into your culture.
Innovation isn’t about just coming up with new ideas and implementing them—it’s about being open. Open to new ways of thought. New technologies. New developments. Open to being a bit out of your comfort zone. And to truly innovate, you need to know how to motivate and teach others to innovate, while also measuring results—and not just on an individual basis, you need to be able to affect change on an organizational level.
Teach your leaders the ins and outs of integrating innovation into your culture, starting with yourself, then the teams, and finally the organization in this two-day, active-participant innovation workshop led by select Linkage faculty.
